Making It Work is a mainstream "issue-based" radio talk show with a spin on what we do in half of our waking lives...work! The call-in format is sliced and diced around key issues of the day: the lack of corporate loyalty, constant downsizing and outsourcing, little if any, commitment to employees, and executive's self interest. Answers for disenfranchised employees are explored inside solutions like finding the right career match and passion for a lifelong career, spending 10% of every work week looking for the next career opportunity, getting qualified for a career rewrite, and becoming an entrepreneur.

The show is informative, at times funny, and compassionate. Making it Work is a show about the issues, fears, concerns, possibilities, responsibilities and opportunities available to all of us, if we only choose to...Make it Work.

Our founder, the host of "Making it Work," has been a senior level executive, entrepreneur, coach, analyst, consultant and executive outplacement coach and business planner for over 25 years.
